Children and friends give Heir·LOOM™ for a milestone anniversary. Send us the couple's wedding date and a link to their photos, or the name of their photographer, and we build it around their day.
Your couples can send us your gallery link, and we ask every couple who shot their day. The album is built from your work, and it stays theirs — a second life for the wedding you already made.
By using KEN·DUIT™ (kenduit.com), you agree to these terms. KEN·DUIT™ builds Heir·LOOM™ and Heir·LIGHT™, digital wedding albums drawn around each wedding. It is operated by URYIB Inc. dba KEN·DUIT™, established June 9, 2003, in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
You send us a link to your photos and film, and a sentence about your day. We agree the build in conversation, then build the album and return it. The album is its published price plus applicable tax. There is no subscription and nothing to renew.
Everything you send stays yours. By sending it you confirm you have the right to have it published — yours, and your photographer’s where their work is in it. You give us only what we need to do the work: permission to store, edit, and publish your material inside the album we build for you. We do not name you or show your wedding in our own marketing without your written yes.
An album customized for your wedding, built on the KEN·DUIT™ engine. Your photographs and film remain yours. What stays ours is the engine behind it — the code, the type system and the design system — which is licensed for the album we build for you and is not itself for resale, redistribution, or rebuilding by anyone else.
Hosting is included.
The link is private, and yours to share. Share it with anyone, as many times as you like; it costs nothing however many people watch. You can ask us to put it behind a password at any time. Downloading your photographs and videos, in full, is free — anytime, no expiration.
What you download is the work, not the album. Your photographs and films come to you at full quality, on day one. Heir·LOOM™ is the piece we build around them and it lives on its link — the engine, the code and the design system behind it stay ours, licensed to you for as long as your album is up — and inside the sunset file, for good.
The sunset guarantee. Your album stays up for as long as KEN·DUIT™ is in business. If we ever wind down, your album comes to you automatically as a file that works on any device.
Nothing is charged on this page. We agree the build and the timing with you first. Heir·LIGHT™ is $100 to Start + $400 upon Delivery; Heir·LOOM™ is 50% to Start + 50% upon Delivery.
If you pay before we begin and we cannot agree on what you want, you are refunded in full. Once we have built your album and you have seen it, we keep working on it with you until you approve it — and nothing goes live until you do.
What we collect. Only what you choose to send: your name and contact details, and the files and details of the wedding you send us to build. Requests open in your own email app, pre-filled to album@kenduit.com — nothing is sent until you send it.
Analytics. We use Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-first tool that measures usage without identifying you. No ad cookies, no ad profiles, no cross-site tracking.
What we do not do. We do not sell your data, target ads with it, or license it for AI training.
Anyone whose photos, film, or name appears in a gallery can ask to have it removed by emailing album@kenduit.com. We confirm identity and act within 30 days. Legal obligations — court orders, DMCA, content involving minors, GDPR erasure — follow their own required process.
These terms follow the laws of the State of Hawaii. If a dispute comes up: first email album@kenduit.com or call 1·888·DUIT·NOW; if it is not resolved in 30 days, mediation in Honolulu with costs split; if still unresolved in 60 days, binding arbitration in Honolulu. A class-action waiver applies where allowed, and you keep every right your local consumer-protection laws guarantee.
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor. URYIB Inc. dba KEN·DUIT™, Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Who may enter. Legally married couples where at least one spouse is a US resident aged 18 or older at the time of entry, who have their own wedding photographs and/or films and the right to have them published. Employees, contractors and immediate family of the Sponsor are not eligible. One entry per couple per week on each platform.
Period. Each monthly promotion runs for four weeks. Its opening and closing dates, and the day and time (HST) of each weekly drawing, are stated on the pinned giveaway post at @ken.duit and, where run, on the Sponsor's Facebook page. Every eligible entry carries into the following weeks of that month and into that month's grand-prize drawing. Each month is a separate promotion.
How to enter. On Instagram, comment on the pinned giveaway post; you can tag your spouse, and sharing the post to your story earns one additional entry that week. On Facebook, comment on the pinned giveaway post with your wedding date; no tag, share or follow is required or rewarded on Facebook. Alternate entry: email your names and wedding date to album@kenduit.com with the subject "Giveaway entry" during the period, one per couple per week. Entries that tag a person who is not the entrant's spouse, or that are abusive, spam or automated, are disqualified.
Prizes. Five prizes per monthly promotion. Weekly: four Heir·LIGHT™ albums, one per weekly drawing, approximate retail value $500 each. Grand prize: one Heir·LOOM™ album, approximate retail value $2,000, drawn after the fourth weekly drawing from all eligible entries received that month. Total approximate retail value per monthly promotion $4,000. Each album is built by the Sponsor from the winner's existing wedding photographs and films under these Terms, with no charge to the winner. No cash or substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Build time depends on the material sent and is not guaranteed by any date. Albums the Sponsor gives outside these drawings under the $1M+ in Moments campaign are gifts made without any drawing and are not part of these rules.
Winner selection. One weekly winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received by the stated weekly deadline, for four consecutive weeks, using a third-party random-selection tool; the method and result are posted with each winner. The grand-prize winner is then selected at random from all eligible entries received that month; weekly winners remain eligible. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
Notification and claim. Winners are notified by direct message on the platform they entered from (or by email for alternate entries) and named in a post. A winner must reply within 72 hours and provide names, a phone number, wedding date and a link to (or the source of) their wedding photographs and films. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is ineligible, or cannot supply material they have the right to publish, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn.
Taxes. The fair market value of a prize is taxable income to the winner. A winner of a prize valued at $2,000 or more must complete IRS Form W-9 before delivery and will receive Form 1099-MISC; if the form is not provided, backup withholding applies as required by law.
Prize conditions and licence. By accepting a prize the winner confirms they hold or will obtain the rights needed to publish the photographs and films they send, including from their photographer and videographer, and grants the Sponsor a licence to show and share the finished album, with the couple's first names and their vendors' credits, in the Sponsor's marketing and on its social channels, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. A winner who posts the prize agrees to say that it was won. Everything else in these Terms applies to the album exactly as it does to a purchased one.
Release. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc. and the Sponsor from any claim arising from the promotion or the use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's decisions on eligibility and winners are final. The Sponsor may suspend, modify or end a promotion if fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond its control affects its fair operation.
Privacy and winners list. Entry information is used only to run the promotion and, for winners, to build and deliver the prize, under the Privacy section above. The first names and state of each month's winners are available on request to album@kenduit.com for 60 days after that month's promotion ends.
